By joining the Bistrot de Terroir network, restaurants and cafés commit themselves to a quality approach by respecting precise criteria. They offer, for example, at least three local products, one of which is permanently available; they are open at least 250 days a year and accept the support and monitoring of the network (advice, checks), etc.
