The team at the Walloon Brabant Tourist Office (Maison du Tourisme du Brabant wallon) is made up of 13 people who work hard to promote tourism in Walloon Brabant.

I answer all your requests for information and brochures, by telephone or email and at trade fairs. I also seek out the most beautiful photos of Walloon Brabant and post them on Instagram. Finally, I update our tourism calendar and help you discover our loveliest walks.

I am in charge of the organisation and follow-up for trade fairs and conventions. You might even see me at these events. I coordinate our welcome centres. I also take care of the Facebook pages in Dutch and English.

I am responsible for our communications. I put together our different brochures, and I manage our website and our future blog.
I am in charge of media actions and press follow-up.

It is my job to structure tourism products and develop certain themes for the Maison du Tourisme. I analyse what tourists need and want, so that we can offer them great experiences in Walloon Brabant.

I meet our partners in the tourism industry in Walloon Brabant, to create connections so that we can optimise tourism promotion. I also spend time inspiring fans of the “Destination Brabant Wallon” Facebook page.

I help to connect people, organisations and strategies, so that they can work together to develop tourism in Walloon Brabant. I am also in charge of the newsletter for professionals in tourism, e-commerce and business tourism in Walloon Brabant.

There is nothing I don’t know about the everyday administrative management of the service. For example, I handle subsidies, management contracts, authorisations, purchase orders and invoices with ease.

Olivier, the digital guide

My job is primarily to advise and train all of Walloon Brabant’s tourism operators to help them use digital technologies. I also monitor the social networks and website.

I direct the whole Maison du Tourisme team. I coordinate multiple projects focusing on both tourists and our tourism partners. I constantly monitor the evolution of the sector and of technologies.

I am in charge of local tourism, subsidies for folklore associations and monitoring the Maison du Tourisme’s different bodies. I also divide my work time between facilitation on the ground and administration.

My job is mainly to format and illustrate my colleagues’ ideas, in the form of posters, brochures, advertisements, banners and more. My everyday tools are the website and the media library.
