Description
In 2026, Nivelles will host its 122nd carnival for several days of lively festivities!
Program:
- February 7: General preparations
- February 21: Children’s carnival
- February 22:
Collection of the Gilles, medal presentation at the town hall starting at 8:00 a.m.
The parade will depart from the train station at 1:45 p.m., followed by the Gilles. Several traditional dances will be held in the main square.
- February 23: Family carnival followed by the “Nivelles Carnival” at night, with a grand dance starting at 9:15 p.m.
- February 24: Raclot
