After earning his spurs with various renowned chocolate makers, Arnaud Champagne – a fervent chocolate fan – decided to open up his own shop. Since 2004, he has been specializing in personal creations using high-quality ingredients. And the tastes on offer are pretty intense! His signature: very little sugar, to bring out the full flavour of the product.
