In the west of Walloon Brabant, discover the Blanke dorèye de Jodoigne! This delicious tart is made with a tasty mixture of curd cheese, eggs, sugar, custard and almonds, all laid on a base of leavened dough. When flambéed with calvados, it is then called the Tarte du Grand Bailli.
