An authentic recipe… for a unique and organic beer! This light blonde beer, ABV 5%, is ideal to quench your thirst or to accompany a meal. Brewed using a traditional method with a mashing rake, ‘Abbaye de Villers V – Authentique’ is a traditional beer made with barley and spelt.
Its recipe has been developed based on information found in accounting archives for the brewery run by monks at the abbey, dating from 1720-1721.
