Description
Take part in this yoga day on the theme of “Resonance” with the 5th chakra ‘Vishuddha’ in the spotlight.
Program :
- Shiva Garden: all-day yoga classes (Hatha, Yin, Chakra, etc.)
- Krishna Garden: sitting meditation, moving meditation, explanatory workshop on the 5th chakra, sound relaxation, OM Chanting, mantra chanting…
- Vishnu Garden: for children aged 6 and over: yoga, meditation, awareness workshops…
