Description
Welcome to Villers-la-Ville for a sporting event in the magnificent setting of the abbey and its surroundings!
Program :
Friday October 4 (night) :
- From 1 p.m.: possibility to collect bibs at L’Abbaye (shop)
- 6:00 p.m.: site opening
- 7:00 p.m.: single start of the 12 km.
- 8:45 p.m.: results/prize ceremony
- 9:00 p.m.: concert
- 11:00 p.m.: site closes
Bar and snacks on site.
Equipment required: a charged headlamp.
Saturday October 5:
- 7:30 a.m.: collection of bibs on the event site
- 8:00 a.m.: 50 km departure for the GPX route only
- 8:30 a.m.: start 33 km
- 8:45 a.m.-9:30 a.m.: free start 5, 12 & 17 km
- 9:45 a.m. – 11 a.m.: free departure for walkers of the 5, 12, 17 km (departure at 9:45 a.m. for the 17 km)
- 11:45 a.m.: kids run (1 km)
- 12:00 p.m.: cover concert
- 4:00 p.m.: arrival closes
