Description
Cro’vettes’ was founded in 2007, and since then the range of artisanal products has diversified. They now include croquettes filled with shrimps, ham, cheese, smoked trout mousse or fried scampi, as well as some desserts. The customers today are mainly professionals: restaurateurs, caterers, fishmongers, grocers and travelling traders, but the products are also available to individuals.
Based in Braine-le-Château, ‘Cro’vettes’ is now a famed, recognised artisanal company.
